You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website.
To exchange a full priced product within 10 days of receipt:
- The product returned must be in perfect, undamaged, original, re-sellable condition with tags attached and boxes included.
- The customer is responsible for the delivery cost of an exchange if this was a wrong decision or change of mind.
- Send the item you wish to exchange to Wolford Sydney via registered post.
- You must include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for the exchange.

Wolford Legwear cannot be exchanged due to quality and hygiene reasons (Wolford quality cannot be guaranteed once goods have been purchased).
