REFUNDS

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website. 

EXCHANGES

To exchange a full priced product within 10 days of receipt:

• The product returned must be in perfect, undamaged, original, re-sellable condition with tags attached and boxes included.

• The customer is responsible for the delivery cost of an exchange if this was a wrong decision or change of mind.

• Send the item you wish to exchange to Wolford Sydney via registered post.

• You must include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for the exchange.

LEGWEAR & SALE/REDUCED ITEMS

Please choose carefully as there is NO RETURN, NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE on legwear and sale/reduced items.

Wolford Legwear cannot be exchanged due to quality and hygiene reasons (Wolford quality cannot be guaranteed once goods have been purchased).
